The business stuff
Until November 2001 I was a career PA having worked in a number of high profile and not so high profile organisations as diverse as AFL, television, insurance, merchant banking and tonnes of temp assignments both long and short term.
Then I met this amazing guy and one thing led to another and we had a baby boy in November 2001. It was goodbye to the Richmond Football Club and hello to the world of parenthood. After a year off and a decision not to return to the incredibly busy and full on job as PA to the CEO, I decided to become a virtual PA.
Sixteen years on and I’m still here. I’ve learnt an incredible amount over those years and of course technology and the way it can help small businesses is still evolving, which is exciting.
The personal stuff
There are now two boys and there will be no more! Aside from the boys and my partner, I love chocolate, drinking tea, the Collingwood Football Club, connecting with friends, reading, running (actually, I don’t love that so much), photography and roadtrips. I don’t particularly love housework, cooking, getting stuck in traffic, having my own photo taken or mushrooms.
